Where do I park and how much does it cost?

Parking is free at Mad Arts. There are 2 parking lots adjacent to the building on SE 4th Terrace and SE 5th Street.

How many exhibits are there?

We have 2 floors of immersive art experiences and 21 installations currently on view. For more information, please visit our Exhibits Page.

What are some new features and upcoming installations at the museum?

Newsletter subscribers are the first to receive the latest updates on upcoming events and exhibitions — with other special offers and promotions — so we encourage you to sign up for this online at the bottom of our homepage. You can also follow us on social media and check back on the website soon to see what will be showcased next!

How long does it take to go through all the exhibits in the museum?

It takes about an hour to go through all the exhibits on both the first and second floors.

How much do tickets cost, and do you offer discounts for kids, families, or groups?

Tickets are available for purchase online ahead of time, but visitors can also buy tickets on-site. Taxes are not included in any prices listed below.

General Admission: $24.99 per person for adults (ages 13+)
Special Admission: $19.99 per person for children (ages 3-12), families of 4+ (+$9.99 for each additional child), groups (8+ tickets), Florida Residents*, seniors (65+)*, students*, active military & veterans*, and healthcare workers*
Annual Membership: $99.99 per person for yearly unlimited entry from day of purchase

Are my tickets valid any day or are there specific days/times I need to use them?

You can come in anytime during the museum’s operating hours.

Can I purchase tickets on-site or do I have to buy them online?

Tickets are available for purchase both online and on-site.

Is the museum appropriate for families and kids of all ages?

Yes, kids of all ages are welcome. Our exhibits are designed to be interactive and encourage everyone to rediscover their sense of play.

Do you offer guided tours?

Yes, tours are available upon request. Please reach out to art@yeswearemad.com for more information.

Can I rent space for a private or corporate event?

Yes, please reach out to art@yeswearemad.com and our events team will share more information about our rental packages.

Do you offer field trips in partnership with local organizations and schools?

Yes. We offer various programs, behind-the-scenes tours, and workshops — on topics ranging from art to technology — that can be customized to meet the needs of your organization or educational institution. To schedule a visit and check out our rates, send an email to art@yeswearemad.com.

Is there anything I should avoid bringing with me?

Please do not bring any gum, food, beverages, or illegal substances into the museum. To protect the art and installations, we also don’t allow large strollers, luggage, or large backpacks near the exhibits on the first and second floors. We don’t allow pets, except for service animals. Commercial usage of photos and videos is prohibited. There is no vaping or smoking at Mad Arts. Please note that we do not offer monitored or secure storage for visitors’ belongings. As such, please avoid bringing valuables with you during your visit.

Additionally, no visitor shall carry firearms, other dangerous or deadly weapons, or explosives, either openly or concealed on the premises. The prohibition on firearms applies to all visitors, including those with firearm permits.

Is photography/ videography allowed?

Taking photographs and videos for personal use is allowed, but we request that you refrain from using flash photography. We love it when our guests capture their favorite memories, so please tag us on social media for a chance to be featured.
