Before finishing their studies, film editors Ariadna Ribas and Ana Pfaff created Dostopos, a collective where they began working as directors of their own pieces, focusing on the plasticity of the image, the relationship between image and music, and experimentation through techniques and media such as found footage, animated collage, negative manipulation, and Super 8. Much of their work reflects their shared interest in the body and movement, rooted in their connection to dance and many years of practice in that discipline.

They have collaborated with Repetidor Disc, the Spanish National Orchestra and Choir, and the CCCB, among others. Their work has been shown in venues such as Xcèntric, La Automática, and Pantalla CCCB. It has also been presented as part of the “One Month, One Artist” and “Dies Curts” series at the Filmoteca de Cataluña, as well as at the Málaga Festival and the U22 Festival. Together, they have taught classes on found footage and animated collage, and in recent years, they have also led editing workshops through the body, their most recent project.
