Join us for INTERVAL, an immersive dining experience conceived by CHROLIK that celebrates the vibrant transition from spring to summer through a multi-sensory journey.

Guests will indulge in a 4-course seasonal menu featuring edible flowers and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, each dish thoughtfully designed to engage the senses and evoke the fleeting beauty that brings us from spring to summer. 

INTERVAL is presented as part of Digital Archive by CHROLIK, an exhibition that reimagines botanical forms as living reflections of time, memory, and human connection. At the heart of the installation is an ikebana arrangement; its ephemeral beauty is captured and transformed through a live digital feed, inviting guests to consider how technology reshapes our experience of the natural world.

Together, the dinner and exhibition create a layered meditation on impermanence, preservation, and the ways in which digital memory can both illuminate and distort what we hold dear.
