Join us for Bazaar À La Carte, an outdoor night market produced by Gainesville-based arts and culture market, Bazaar47. More than a marketplace, it’s a community gathering. Each event features a diverse mix of local vendors alongside art installations, workshops, food trucks, live music, film screenings, and other experiences led by local creatives.
On September 12th, Bazaar47 will transform MAD Arts’ first-floor spaces into a series of creative activations led by local artists and collectives. Featured programming will include hands-on workshops, an open mic lounge, a group art exhibition, figure drawing sessions, and other experimental experiences that invite attendees to participate, connect, and create. Outside, guests can explore a marketplace packed with local artists, makers, and small businesses, as they enjoy live music, local film screenings, and a special immersive viewing experience.

Bazaar47 (formerly How Bazar) is the producer of Bazaar À La Carte, an outdoor night market based in Downtown Gainesville, Florida. During its tour of the United States, Bazaar À La Carte intentionally connects artists, small businesses, and organizations within each city to encourage collaboration and uplift the local creative community. Every market is thoughtfully curated to create opportunities for artists, makers, and small businesses to share and sell their work in a supportive, low-risk environment. Creatives at every stage of the journey are welcome – from first-time vendors to established businesses. The goal is to build a community where creators and shoppers value craftsmanship, sustainability, and supporting local businesses. In 2024, they expanded to Miami with their first Bazaar À La Carte at Riverset Studios, welcoming 1000–1200 attendees to their inaugural event. The enthusiastic response confirmed that South Florida is excited for thoughtfully curated, community-centered creative markets.
